                                                          This eLearning magazine article by workforce expert Josh Bersin of Bersin and Associates, highlights the developing drop in qualified workfers that is currently striking the US and other countries. This article gives a short background of the rising situation using intimidating statistics, such as a 10 million person workforce shortage by 2010, and events leading up to it. Bersin details how learning organizations are evolving due to the crisis, and how technology is playing a role in preparation. Bersin also gives three steps on how to start your talent management strategy.

                                                            CLO Magazine Article on Josh Bersin's Learning Impact Measurement Framework
                                                            This CLO Magazine article overviews Josh Bersin's work to develop a learning impact model that goes beyond the popular Kirkpatrick model. Bersin interviewed many organizations and was able to find several companies who were satisfied with their learning measurement models and share those models with others. Based on his research, Bersin suggests other methods to measure training and organizational impact.
