Pricing Information

Your WebMentor Skills system can be up and running in as little as one week on Avilar's servers using our powerful Application Service Provider (ASP) hosting environment. Customers who prefer to install and run the application on their own in-house servers may also license the application. Avilar supports both deployment models.

And Avilar believes is making things easy. Our pricing model is simple and clean, with per-user pricing in whole dollar amounts. No odd fractions to compute!

Hosted Model (Managed by Avilar on Avilar's servers)

Hosted customers may use The Avilar Competency Model at no additional charge!

Shared server:

Ideal for small to medium-sized deployments. Your WebMentor Skills system runs on a shared server in Avilar's state of the art data center. Avilar manages all aspects of server operation, including security, backups, database functions, software maintenance, networking and more.

Pricing comprises a one-time setup fee, and an annual fee (billed monthly) based on the maximum number of users. Pricing starts at less than $10/user/month.

Dedicated server:

Large organizations may require a dedicated server to manage large-scale deployments. Avilar also offers this option to provide maximum performance and security, while still delivering all the server management services of our hosted environment.

Pricing comprises a one-time setup fee, and an annual fee (billed monthly) which covers the dedicated server hardware and unlimited use of the software.

Licensed Model (Managed by you on your server)

For customers who operate their own servers, Avilar offers WebMentor Skills in an annual licensed form. You install and manage the application in your own environment. Avilar can provide techical support, software maintenance under contract, and consulting services to ensure that the application remains current and performing at its peak.

Pricing comprises an annual fee based on the maximum number of users, and an annual fee for software maintenance after the first year. Discounts are available for multi-year maintenance contracts.
