Competency Model Builder & Role Tailoring Start with The Avilar Competency Model or import your own. Create and edit job role profiles including role titles, required skills, proficiency expectations and even compare all these between multiple roles.
Online Skills Assessment Organizations use WebMentor Skills to deliver web-based skills assessments that consist of skill definitions and a customizable rating scale. Use a rating scale with as few as two options or as many as seven.
Role Profile Summary Report The Role Profile Summary Report defines the proficiency level and importance factor for each skill in the role.
Individual Skill Inventory Report The Individual Skill Inventory Report catalogs the skills and proficiency levels of an individual who has been assessed.
