Pricing Information

Your WebMentor LMS system can be up and running in as little as one day on Avilar's servers using our powerful Application Service Provider (ASP) hosting environment. Customers who prefer to install and run the application on their own in-house servers may also license the application. Avilar supports both deployment models.

And Avilar believes is making things easy. Our pricing model is simple and clean, with per-user pricing in whole dollar amounts. No odd fractions to compute!

Hosted Model (Deployed on an Avilar server)

Shared server:

Ideal for small to medium-sized deployments. Your WebMentor LMS system runs on a shared server in Avilar's state of the art data center. Avilar manages all aspects of server operation, including security, backups, database functions, software maintenance, networking and more.

Pricing comprises a one-time setup fee, and a monthly fee based on usage. (Avilar offers both per-user and per-registration pricing to provide the best fit for each customer's requirements.) Per-user pricing starts at less than $7/month.

Dedicated server:

Large organizations may require a dedicated server to manage large-scale deployments. Avilar also offers this option to provide maximum performance and security, while still delivering all the server management services of our hosted environment.

Pricing comprises a one-time setup fee, an annual fee (billed monthly) based on the price of the dedicated server hardware, and a fee (billed monthly) for unlimited use of the application software.

Licensed Model (Installed on your own server at your location)

For customers who operate their own servers, Avilar offers WebMentor LMS in a perpetual licensed form. You install and manage the application in your own environment. Avilar can provide techical support, software maintenance under contract, and consulting services to ensure that the application remains current and performing at its peak.

Pricing comprises a fee for perpetual use of the application software, and an annual fee for software maintenance after the first year. Discounts are available for multi-year maintenance contracts.
